Immaculate Conception, Glenville

Pastoral Care

The Pastoral Care Ministry at the Church of the Immaculate Conception exists to give spiritual care to those parishioners who have special needs.  We visit the sick, those who are homebound, those in adult homes, hospitals, and nursing homes.  We visit people after they have been hospitalized upon returning home, and we follow up with Hospice patients.  We keep in touch with these special people by phone and/or mail.  We also work collaboratively with the Funeral Ministry.

The Pastoral Care Ministry consists of the Parish Priest, the Pastoral Care Coordinator and parish volunteers.

Special Anointing Mass - Monday, October 19th

All are invited to a special 11 AM Mass on Monday, October 19,
at which the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick will be administered.  This healing sacrament is for all those experiencing illness or any health problems, young and old, homebound or not.

If you plan to attend, please call the rectory (399-9168) and make a reservation by Oct. 13.  At that time, let us know if you require transportation.

Volunteers are needed, especially for greeting and transportation.  Please complete the online volunteer form below or call Rachel at 399-9168, ext. 226, if you can help.

Join us for fellowship and a light luncheon, which will be served following the Mass.
